POLÍTICA CIENTÍFICA COLOMBIANA Y BIBLIO
Abstract
Mi objetivo en esta contribución es el de presentar a consideración del lector una aproximación etnográfica a la política
científica y al rol que la bibliometría juega en este contexto. El ensayo se basa en un “trabajo de campo” realizado entre
1996-1997, período en el cual se inició el primer ejercicio de evaluación de revistas científicas colombianas.
